Kid’s need variety in the foods they eat each day. Try serving a “Rainbow” of food. It’s easier than you think. Imagine the colors of the rainbow and then incorporate vegetables and fruits that match those colors. Fruits and vegetables help maintain a healthy weight, heart, skin, digestive system, and immune system.

Red -  Apples, Cherries, Strawberries, Watermelon, Red Potatoes, Tomatoes, Raspberries, Pomegranate, Beets, Guava, Red Bell Pepper

Orange -  Oranges, Peaches, Sweet Potatoes, Carrots, Pumpkin, Tangerines, Mango, Canteloupe, Apricots, Kumquats

Yellow -  Bananas, Summer Squash, Wax Beans, Pears
