Abby Apple Grilled Cheese

Ingredients:
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 slices low-fat American or Cheddar cheese
½ cup applesauce
1 tbsp. yogurt butter, divided
Instructions: Heat a small skillet over medium-high heat.
Spread a thin layer of yogurt butter on one side of both bread slices; place one slice bread, buttered-side-down, in hot skillet.
Spread applesauce on the inside of both bread slices, place cheese slice on bread and cover with second bread slice, butter-side-up.
Brown one side at a time until golden. Remove from heat and let cool before serving.
