Choo-Choo Chili

Ingredients:
1¼ lbs. 98% lean ground beef
1 can diced tomatoes and chiles
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ chopped green bell pepper
¼ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
¼ tsp. white sugar
¼ tsp. dried oregano
¼ tsp. ground black pepper
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 tbsp. teaspoons chili powder

Instructions:
Place ground beef in a large skillet. Cook over medium-high heat until brown. Drain, rinse and crumble. In a large pot over high heat combine the ground beef, crushed tomatoes, diced tomatoes with chiles, kidney beans, onions, green bell pepper, cayenne pepper, sugar, oregano, ground black pepper, salt, cumin and chili powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce to low heat. Simmer for 1 ½ hours.
